How to use Weltee

Do I need an account to read the wiki?

No. The wiki is public. The product is invite-only. See the demo if you want a sample workspace without signing up.

Where do I connect Google Sheets or Mercury?

Only in Settings. Personal Settings, the Capital fund Settings tab, or Startup company Settings. Related screens may Sync. They never show Connect.

How does an LP holding get onto Personal?

The GP invites from Investors (LPs), copies the invite link, and sends it. You sign in with Google, accept on Firm connections, then Record holding or Link an existing holding. Running Capital does not book the holding for you.

How do I lock a month on Startup?

Open Actuals. Review the period. Press Lock this month or Lock period. Friday's pack is written from locked figures. An open month cannot be the pack. Use Record restatement if a locked month must change.

How does an LP open a pack or a KPI update?

Copy link or Email pack on Friday's pack. Founder KPI links are /vc/founder-update/…. Neither needs a Weltee login. LP invites do: Sign in to accept, then Firm connections.

Where is billing?

Personal Settings, Plan, if Stripe checkout is on. Otherwise Support with topic Billing, or hello@weltee.ai.

Can I ask instead of reading?

Yes. On the public wiki, or from Wiki in the top bar once you are signed in. The agent reads the pages and the screen you have open. It does not see your books. That is Dr. Weltee.

How do I reach the house?

Signed in, open Support on any seat. Topics: Product, Billing, Access, Other. Signed-out, write to hello@weltee.ai.

  Import, add by type, or let a connection write the rows. Each category has its own add button.

• Documents, tax, and reports

  Documents sit beside the holding they describe. Tax readiness is the year. Reports are what you hand over.

• Firm connections

  Accept a fund or company invite here. Then record or link the holding. The other seat does not book it for you.

Capital

• Weltee Capital

  The GP desk for a small venture fund. Dealflow, portfolio, LPs, cashflows, a quarter you publish once.

• Dealflow and the portfolio

  Stages from Inbox to Invested. A closed deal walks into the portfolio. Founders file KPIs through a private link.

• Invite LPs

  Invite LP, Create Invite, Copy invite link. Capital often does not email the link. You send it.

• Capital calls and distributions

  Cashflows: record one LP, or issue to all. Mark as Paid. Linked Personal holdings see the obligation.

• Publish a quarter

  Two buttons say Publish to LPs. Updates and NAV is this cycle. Reports is the formal quarter that freezes capital accounts.

• Team and founder updates

  Invite Colleague with role owner or member. Copy the invite link. Founders file KPIs without a Capital login.

Startup

• Weltee Startup

  The company workspace. Today, Actuals, Plan, Company, Raise, Data room, Reports, Settings.

• Lock actuals

  Lock this month so packs read one set of numbers. If the books change, Record restatement.

• Friday's pack

  Lock, New pack, Submit for review, Approve, then Copy link or Email pack. Investors open it with no login.

• Raise, data room, and operators

  Raise pipeline, Invite to portal, Data room, and Logins on Settings. Team on Settings is the agent roster.

Settings

• Connect apps in Settings

  Connect lives only in Settings. Allow in Google, or paste the official token. Tick every book. Then Sync now.

• Dr. Weltee and agents

  The assistant explains your own numbers. Agents and skills turn on in Settings. You keep the decision.

• Language, appearance, and modules

  English or Türkçe, light or dark, display currency, and which pages are on. A module that is off can be switched back on.

• Billing and plan

  Plan lives on Personal Settings. Upgrade opens Stripe when checkout is offered. Billing trouble: Support, topic Billing.

Account

• Account and seats

  Sign in with Google. One account can hold Personal, Capital, and Startup. Invite-only. Sign out from the account menu.

• Privacy, export, and delete

  Numbers stay on your seat. Export from Settings. Delete account types DELETE. Nothing is sold.

• Write the house

  Support on every seat. Subject, topic, what happened. Send to the house. Signed-out: hello@weltee.ai.

• Links with no login

  A pack link, a founder KPI link, and an LP invite are three different doors. Only some need Google.
