Run the company.

Weltee Startup is the company workspace. Today holds the close. Actuals lock so a pack cannot drift. The plan is thirteen weeks of cash. The raise sits beside dilution. Investors open a link with no login, and the same update can land in a fund on Weltee Capital.

The operating close for a founder. Cash, burn, and the pack, from the same books.

Not a slide you typed twice.

Friday's pack from the books: cash, burn, and runway, not a slide you typed twice. Investors open a link with no login, and the same update lands in the fund portal.

Cash, burn, runway. Lock actuals. 13-week cash plan. Cap table and the raise. Friday's pack, link, no login. Agents in Settings. Connections in Settings.

I · The close

Cash, burn, runway.

On Today, every morning.

Today is the operating close. Bank cash from a connection or an import. Burn from the period you locked. Runway as a number that moves when the plan or the raise moves. Open decisions sit on the same page so the close is a list, not a hunt.

II · Actuals

Lock the period.

Then the pack can exist.

Actuals are the books the company will stand behind. Import a file, connect a bank or a ledger, review the period, and lock it. A pack reads the lock. If the books change, you restate. Weltee does not quietly rewrite a number an investor already opened.

III · Plan

Thirteen weeks of cash.

The plan is a cash forecast, not a deck. Assumptions, hire sensitivity, and the weeks that actually matter. Change a hire or a collection date and runway moves on Today.

IV · Company

Headcount and the cap.

People, grants, commitments, and goals live next to the books. The cap table is the company's own ledger of who owns what. It is not the fund's portfolio view. That sits on Capital.

V · Raise and the pack

The update investors open.

A link. No login.

Raise holds round terms, the investor pipeline, and dilution. When the period is locked, Reports writes the pack from those figures. You send a link. The investor does not create an account. If their fund is on Weltee Capital, the same filing can appear on the fund side the same evening. Nobody retypes ARR into a portal.

VI · Agents

Briefs on the desk you are already on.

Agents turn on and off in Settings. They are not a fourth product and not a separate home. On Today, Actuals, Plan, Raise, and Reports they write a short brief from the numbers on that page. You keep the decision.

How it is built

The technical picture.

A company workspace with a reporting basis, a timezone, and a lock you control. Connections write into bank, revenue, P&L, cap, or raise. Packs are issued from locked actuals. This seat does not run LP capital calls or a principal's personal ledger.

What is Weltee Startup?

Weltee Startup is a company workspace for founders. It holds the operating close (cash, burn, runway), period actuals you can lock, a 13-week cash plan, headcount and cap table, the raise pipeline, a data room, and investor or board packs built from locked numbers. It is not a spending app and it is not a fund back office.

Who is Weltee Startup for?

A founder or a small finance seat inside an early company. One workspace per company. You can invite operators. Investors do not need an account to open a pack link.

How does Friday's pack work?

You lock the period actuals. The pack is written from those locked figures: cash, burn, runway, and the narrative you keep beside them. You share a link. The investor opens it with no login. If that investor's fund also sits on Weltee Capital, the same update can land in the fund portal without a retype.

What does lock and restatement mean?

A period can be locked so later views and packs read one set of numbers. If the books change, you restate. The as-of date travels with the figure. Weltee does not silently rewrite a published pack.

Does Weltee Startup replace the general ledger?

It is the operating picture the company runs on: bank activity, revenue, P&L rows you connect or import, and the plan you stress. Official connections can pull Mercury, Stripe, Wise, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, Excel, HubSpot, and Monday. Mercury is the operating bank. It is not a full accounting suite and it does not file tax.

Where do agents live?

On and off in Settings. They are not a separate screen. Briefs write on Today, Actuals, Plan, Raise, and Reports. You keep the decision.

How do I try it?

Personal is the ledger: holdings, tax, plan, vault. Capital is the fund: dealflow, portfolio, LPs, a quarter you publish once. Startup is the close: locked actuals, a 13-week plan, Friday's pack. An assistant that answers from those numbers.

Hyper-personal by design. Counsel once kept for the few.

Your life, ledger, fund, company, home, and art in one place.

Why

Finance is a skill everyone should have.

No longer a craft you hire.

One picture. The options, side by side. You take the action.

I. One point of truth. One number, carrying the day it was last true. The holding, the fund, and the company read the same figure.

II. See the options. Both versions, side by side, before you move. Cash against the house. NAV against the call. Runway against the raise.

III. Take the action. The assistant explains. You decide. No one has to build the picture for you first.

How · The loop

Entered once.

True on every page.

The founder files their month. The fund publishes its quarter. Every investor's own Weltee moves the same evening. Nobody retypes anything. Nothing waits for the next PDF.

The founder files: ARR $4.6M, Kavak Labs · July. Friday's pack from the books. Investors open a link with no login.

The fund publishes: $1,315, NAV per unit · Q2 2026. Once. Every LP sees the same number the same evening.

The investor page moves: $657,500, 500 units · that evening. $425,000 paid in · $51,000 returned · 0.12x DPI.

The fund publishes Q2 at $1,315 a unit. That evening every linked investor sees $657,500 on 500 units, beside $425,000 paid in and $51,000 already returned. One publish. No attachment, no re-entry, no email that begins “as of last quarter”.

The obligation

Travels the same wire.

Good news moves easily. What actually costs people money is the bill that arrives at one seat and has to be answered from another. Under one roof, the notice and the cash are already on the same page.

The fund calls $37,500 for Q4 follow-on reserves, due 30 September. It appears on the investor's fund page as money owed, beside the $425,000 already paid against a $500,000 commitment and the cash that has to answer it.

How · A private conversation

Ask anything.

Get an honest answer.

Type the question you actually have, in any language. See both versions. The decision is yours.

You: “Is now the right time to angel into Ashmere Bio?”

Here is the picture across the book. Listed tech and software already sit at about two fifths of what you own. A $250,000 cheque into Ashmere would land in a different niche, and that is the useful part: the book is light on life sciences. Three things to sit with. Angels are already 6% of the book, and four of the six names have not marked in a year. After the cheque, liquid cover is about 11 months if the September lock-up stays shut. Ashmere is pre-revenue, the round is a 2.4x on a friends-and-family that closed eight months ago, and there is no lead. The diversification is real. The price and the timing are the part to weigh. The decision is yours.

Security

There is only one of you.

Built for an audience of one. Yours. The numbers stay on your seat. The model only ever answers to you. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is shared to make a product for someone else.

What · On the page

Everything you own.

On one page.

The house, the options, the fund stakes and the debt in one frame, in one currency, each carrying the day it was last true.

Run the fund where your LPs already live. Dealflow, IC memos, NAV. Publish once. Every LP's Weltee updates itself.
