Words the house uses
In short. A seat is Personal, Capital, or Startup. A pack is Friday's investor or board update from locked actuals. A lock closes a Startup period. Restatement records a later correction without silently rewriting a published pack. Publish to LPs closes an NAV update or a quarterly report on Capital. Firm connections is where an LP or company invite becomes a Personal holding. Dr. Weltee explains numbers. It does not give investment advice.
The same idea uses the same words on every seat.
Seat
One of the three workspaces: Personal, Capital, or Startup. One sign-in can hold all three.
Pack
Friday's investor or board update on Startup, written from locked actuals. Investors open a link with no login. Buttons: Copy link, Email pack.
Lock
A period on Startup that is closed so later views and packs read one set of numbers. Buttons: Lock this month, Lock period, Lock.
Restatement
If the books change after a lock, Record restatement. Weltee does not silently rewrite a published pack.
Publish to LPs
A button on Capital. On Updates and NAV it publishes this cycle's NAV. On Reports it publishes the formal quarter and freezes per-LP capital accounts.
Firm connections
Personal page where you accept a fund or company invite and Record holding or Link an existing holding. Operating the other seat does not book this holding for you.
Dr. Weltee
The assistant on a seat. It explains the numbers already there, in any language. It does not give investment advice.
Settings
Where you connect apps, turn agents or skills on and off, invite operators (Startup), and export or delete. There is no Integrations nav. Connect lives only here.
Support
Where you write the house from a signed-in seat. Replies land in the same thread.
