In short. Startup pack /pack/:token: no login, read only. Capital founder KPI /vc/founder-update/:id: no Capital login. LP invite /invites/:id: Sign in with Google, then Personal Firm connections. Investor portal is signed-in. Email pack may invite the portal as well as send the no-login pack. Team and operator invites need sign-in to join the workspace.

Pack (no login)
Startup Copy link. Path /pack/…. Read only. No Google. Anyone with the link can read the pack.
Founder KPI (no Capital login)
Capital Copy link from Founder KPI links. Path /vc/founder-update/…. The founder files metrics. They do not join the fund workspace.
LP invite (Google)
/invites/…. Sign in to accept. Then Firm connections. This is how NAV later lands on Personal.
Investor portal (Google)
Signed-in door for funds you already have. Sign in to the investor portal.
Email pack on Startup can invite that portal and send the no-login pack. They are not the same door.
Team and operators (Google)
Capital Invite Colleague and Startup Logins → Invite need sign-in to join the workspace. That is not a pack link.
