Friday's pack
In short. On Weltee Startup lock the period first. Reports: New pack (Board pack, Management pack, and others), Draft from locked actuals, Submit for review, Approve, then Copy link, Email pack, PDF, or Open. Anyone with the link can read the pack. Public path /pack/:token, no login. Email pack can also invite the investor portal. If the fund is on Capital, the filing can land there the same evening.
Friday's pack is the update investors open. It is not a slide you typed twice.
Write it from the books
- Lock the period.
- Open Reports.
- New pack. Kind: Board pack, Management pack, or the other kinds on that dialog.
- Draft from {company} locked actuals.
- Submit for review → Approve.
- Copy link, Email pack, PDF, or Open.
Copy link toast: anyone with the link can read the pack. They do not create an account. The public page is `/pack/…`, labelled Weltee Startup, that company, read only.
Email pack can also invite the investor portal. That is signed-in. The pack link itself is not.
Raise also has Invite to portal and, on older paths, Send this month's pack.
If the books change
Record restatement. Do not expect a published pack to rewrite itself.
The hop to the fund
If that investor's fund sits on Capital, the same filing can appear on the fund side the same evening.
