In short. Startup Raise stages: Looking, Intro, Meeting, Diligence, Term sheet, In, Passed, Closed. Invite to portal. Data room holds private files plus files you share. Settings Logins: invite by email, role owner or finance (writers) and others, Invite. Accept at /invite/:id. Settings Team is the named agent roster, not logins.
Raise
Stages: Looking, Intro, Meeting, Diligence, Term sheet, In, Passed, Closed. Round terms and dilution sit here. Invite to portal when an investor should have a signed-in door as well as a pack link.
Data room
Data room: private files, plus files you choose to share with investors.
Invite operators
Settings → Logins. Invite by email. Role owner or finance can write. Invite. They accept at `/invite/…`.
Team on Settings is the named roster for who owns cash, actuals, plan, raise, IR, and the rest. That is not a login. Logins are Logins.
Company rules
Settings also holds timezone, fiscal year start, cash vs accrual, and the plan scenario (Base, Downside, Upside). Save so Today, briefs, and the books follow those rules.
