Capital
Weltee Capital
In short. Weltee Capital is the GP desk. Open a fund. Nav: Overview; Fundraising, Investors (LPs); Dealflow, Startups, Portfolio; Cashflows, Updates and NAV, Reports, Data room; Team, Settings. Matching headlines land on Updates and NAV. Connections live on the fund Settings tab, not account Settings. Account Settings only tunes Dr. Weltee tone. Not a founder close. Not a personal ledger.
Weltee Capital is for the general partner and the small team around a fund. Open My funds (or the fund list), then a fund.

Skills
Skills turn on and off in fund Settings. Briefs write on Dealflow, Portfolio, Fundraising, Updates, and Reports. You keep the decision.
Data room
Private data room stays in the fund. IC memos, models, legal drafts. LPs do not see these.
Request from LPs is the close cabinet both of you keep: LPA, subscription booklet, side letter, W-8, W-9, KYC, source of funds, wire instructions, consents, then K-1s and capital accounts. Each live LP gets their own row. One signed PDF does not close the others. Attach an unsigned pack if you have the draft. The LP files the signed PDF on Personal (Upload signed pack). Mark as signed when both of you treat it as executed. Upload signed pack on Capital too if you already hold the paper. Weltee stores the PDF. It does not apply the wet signature.
Add a file still shares a pack the fund already holds (a K-1, a report).
On Investors (LPs), Files on a row is that LP's cabinet.
What this seat is not
Not Startup actuals, lock, or bank sync. Not a principal's personal ledger.
