Run the fund.

Dealflow, IC memos, the portfolio, LP cashflows, and a quarter you publish once. Every linked LP's Weltee Personal moves the same evening.

The operating system for a small venture fund. Dealflow, the portfolio, and your LPs, under one roof.

Not the spreadsheet.

Friday's LP update in one publish. Dealflow, IC memo, NAV. Every LP sees the same number the same evening. No PDF to re-key.

Dealflow and IC memos. Portfolio and KPIs. LP roster, calls, distributions. Publish a quarter once. NAV on Personal that evening. Exit waterfall. The fund's own raise. Connections in Settings.

I · Dealflow & Diligence

Stop searching your inbox

For the IC memo.

A pipeline with stages, diligence notes and IC memos in one place. When the deal closes, the whole file walks across into the portfolio with it. Nothing is left behind in an inbox.

II · The Portfolio Ledger

15 active positions.

Zero data chasing.

Founders file their metrics through a private update link. As the numbers arrive, the fund's alerts and benchmarks move with them. Alerts fire on declines and spikes. Benchmarks compare a company against its cohort.

III · The Hop

Publish the quarter once.

Everyone moves.

The GP publishes a quarter. Every linked investor's own app moves that same evening. No re-keying, no attachments to parse. One press, and the whole register knows.

Weltee Capital Fund I, last published quarter Q2 2026: NAV per unit $1,315, fund NAV $52.6M, net IRR 16.4%, 1.67x TVPI, 0.12x DPI.

IV · The Investor's Statement

Their numbers, plainly written.

Each investor gets their own statement: units, NAV, called, distributed, unfunded, DPI, TVPI, and IRR. It includes capital calls and distributions, quarterly reports and updates, plus a data room of shared documents.

A linked LP on 500 units sees $657,500 current value, $500,000 commitment, $425,000 called, $51,000 distributed, $75,000 uncalled, and a pending capital call of $37,500 due 30 September 2026.

V · Exit Modelling

Read a term sheet as who gets what.

A waterfall with liquidation preferences and participation. Model the exit and see precisely who gets what, long before the ink is dry.

VI · The Raise

Capital raising, properly tracked.

A fundraising pipeline for the fund's own raise, with LP prospects and commitments alongside the actual portfolio.

VII · The Truth

Every figure carries its as-of date.

A valuation is only true on the day it was set, so Weltee never shows one without saying when. Positions hold their own currency and reconcile into the fund's, and a published quarter stays exactly as published.

Skills

Briefs on the desk you are already on.

Skills turn on and off in Settings. They are not a separate home. On Dealflow, Portfolio, Fundraising, Updates, and Reports they write a short brief from the numbers on that page. You keep the decision.

How it is built

The technical picture.

A fund workspace with positions, LP accounts, and a published quarter that stays as published. Founders can file KPIs through a private link. Connections write into dealflow, companies, LP prospects, KPIs, or cashflows. This seat does not lock a company's P&L and does not hold a principal's house.

What is Weltee Capital?

Weltee Capital is the GP desk for a small venture fund. It holds dealflow and diligence, the portfolio, LP roster and cashflows, fundraising for the fund itself, quarterly reports, and a data room. Publish a quarter once. Linked LPs see the same NAV that evening on Weltee Personal.

Who is it for?

The general partner and the small team around a fund. Partners and analysts can be invited. It is not a founder close and it does not replace Weltee Startup.

Does Capital keep the company's books?

No. Cash lock, bank sync, and the founder's cap ledger live on Weltee Startup. Capital tracks the fund: positions, KPIs founders file, calls, distributions, and NAV.

How does LP reporting work?

You publish a quarter from the fund. Each LP statement shows units, NAV, called, distributed, unfunded, DPI, TVPI, and IRR. If that LP also has Weltee Personal, the holding updates itself. Capital calls travel the same wire.

Where do skills live?

On and off in Settings. They are not a separate screen. Briefs write on Dealflow, Portfolio, Fundraising, Updates, and Reports. You keep the decision.

What can I connect?

From Settings: Google Sheets, Excel, Mercury, Stripe, Wise, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, and Monday. Official APIs. You tick every book the rows should update. Defaults follow the seat. The connection stays on until you turn it off.

How do I try it?

Hyper-personal by design. Counsel once kept for the few.

Your life, ledger, fund, company, home, and art in one place.

Why

Finance is a skill everyone should have.

No longer a craft you hire.

One picture. The options, side by side. You take the action.

I. One point of truth. One number, carrying the day it was last true. The holding, the fund, and the company read the same figure.

II. See the options. Both versions, side by side, before you move. Cash against the house. NAV against the call. Runway against the raise.

III. Take the action. The assistant explains. You decide. No one has to build the picture for you first.

How · The loop

Entered once.

True on every page.

The founder files their month. The fund publishes its quarter. Every investor's own Weltee moves the same evening. Nobody retypes anything. Nothing waits for the next PDF.

The founder files: ARR $4.6M, Kavak Labs · July. Friday's pack from the books. Investors open a link with no login.

The fund publishes: $1,315, NAV per unit · Q2 2026. Once. Every LP sees the same number the same evening.

The investor page moves: $657,500, 500 units · that evening. $425,000 paid in · $51,000 returned · 0.12x DPI.

The fund publishes Q2 at $1,315 a unit. That evening every linked investor sees $657,500 on 500 units, beside $425,000 paid in and $51,000 already returned. One publish. No attachment, no re-entry, no email that begins “as of last quarter”.

The obligation

Travels the same wire.

Good news moves easily. What actually costs people money is the bill that arrives at one seat and has to be answered from another. Under one roof, the notice and the cash are already on the same page.

The fund calls $37,500 for Q4 follow-on reserves, due 30 September. It appears on the investor's fund page as money owed, beside the $425,000 already paid against a $500,000 commitment and the cash that has to answer it.

How · A private conversation

Ask anything.

Get an honest answer.

Type the question you actually have, in any language. See both versions. The decision is yours.

You: “Is now the right time to angel into Ashmere Bio?”

Here is the picture across the book. Listed tech and software already sit at about two fifths of what you own. A $250,000 cheque into Ashmere would land in a different niche, and that is the useful part: the book is light on life sciences. Three things to sit with. Angels are already 6% of the book, and four of the six names have not marked in a year. After the cheque, liquid cover is about 11 months if the September lock-up stays shut. Ashmere is pre-revenue, the round is a 2.4x on a friends-and-family that closed eight months ago, and there is no lead. The diversification is real. The price and the timing are the part to weigh. The decision is yours.

Security

There is only one of you.

Built for an audience of one. Yours. The numbers stay on your seat. The model only ever answers to you. Nothing here is sold, and nothing is shared to make a product for someone else.

What · On the page

Everything you own.

On one page.

The house, the options, the fund stakes and the debt in one frame, in one currency, each carrying the day it was last true.

Run the fund where your LPs already live. Dealflow, IC memos, NAV. Publish once. Every LP's Weltee updates itself.
